Went on a quick 5 mile run up AF Canyon. Utah is a terrible place and everyone should probably just move away. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This is what 18 months can do. I still have miles to go before I am where I want to be, but it’s nice to see progress like this.

Get off the couch and do something!! It doesn’t have to be grand! You don’t have to have a full home gym in your basement or garage! You don’t have to work like a professional athlete or trainer! You just need to move and find something that fits you! If that means going up and down your stairs a dozen times, then do that! If it means standing up and sitting back down a dozen times, then do that! Just do something! You’ll feel better after, I promise!

The more pics I take the more I realize I only have about 1 1/2 poses/facial expressions that I can make.
Today is all about the push up with rotation. Don’t flare your elbows and keep the butt down. When you come up rotate the body, reaching one arm to the sky, do a push up and the reach the other arm up! This is a great upper body movement that will help with balance and coordination as well as strength!!

YOU’VE GOT THIS!!
Keep moving and keep your chin up!
The movement of the day is the Sprinters Sit-Up. Lay flat on your back in an extended position then come up touching opposite hand to opposite foot. Switch side at a moderate to quick pace to burn out that core!!

12 Bulgarian split squats (per side)
10 squats into 10 pulse squats
20 Romanian dead lifts
20 alternating jump lunges
20 activation band crab walks
