⚽️🧤 Coordinative training focused on movement, coordination, and reaction, finishing with the technical ex*****on of low dives and high dives.
🎯 Strong emphasis on taking a step forward before diving to attack the ball, while also trying to catch and secure it during high dives to prevent rebounds and maintain control.
💪 Focused on building better technique, timing, and confidence in every save! ⚡️
🧤⚡️ Reaction & diving technique with Sadie!
After being away for a couple of weeks, Sadie is back to ball training! ⚽️🔥
This exercise focuses on improving reaction time through lateral dives using quick-bouncing balls, challenging her to react quickly while maintaining proper diving technique. 💪🧤⚡️

Join the Goalkeeper Summer Camp! 🧤☀️
We will focus on coordination, reaction, positioning, and goalkeeper technique, all in a fun and dynamic environment. Players will also take part in enjoyable games and activities designed to help them learn while competing and having fun.
