πŸ“ Summer Program Registration for all families opens on March 15th on a first-come, first-served basis.

New participants' registration will be pending until both parents and the child attend our Summer Program Open House. Once you submit the registration form, we'll provide you with the Open House date.

Executive Director and Founder of PosAbilities Clinic and PosAbilities Academy, Claudia's Master of Education capstone revealed a significant gap in resources for individuals with ID and DD in existing s*x education programs. As a proud mother of a 20-year-old with Down Syndrome, Claudia is committed to addressing these gaps. Fueled by the lack of comprehensive programs, she's passionate about s*x education research, and her background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provides insightful input to the program's development.

Our Story

Katie Wilcox is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked in the ABA field for nearly 10 years. Katie has been a BCBA and a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst since 2013. Katie has worked with a variety of learners, ages 2-60, in public school, private school, in-home, and career settings. Katie is also the owner of Behavioral Momentum, LLC and RePurpose, LLC. Katie loves being an active member of the Loudoun County Community, and serves on the Loudoun County Disability Services Board. Katie is passionate about providing appropriate education to individuals with special needs, and loves working on transition and vocational skills. She is a firm believer in using evidence-based practice and making data-driven decisions

​Claudia Skinner is entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience leading and managing various business ventures. Claudia founded ICS Consulting Services, LLC and is a co-owner of Affordable Designer Cabinets and Natural Art Granite. Claudia is an active member of the Loudoun Special Needs community and believes in providing support and mentorship through programs within her community. She serves as a SEAC member, volunteers at Wheatland Farms Therapeutic Ridings, and is widely involve in the special needs community. Most importantly, she is the proud mother of a child with special needs and believes that every child needs to be provided with the support they need to reach their potential. Her passion to help others and love for her daughter inspired her to explore and seek programs that could be suited to support children with disabilities reach their potential.

​Claudia and Katie worked together for years, sharing a common vision of what a high school education should be. Together, they developed an innovative and unique approach with the goal of having students graduate with meaningful employment opportunities.
