Recently, I collaborated with Maria Asuelimen on this updated online course. As you can see, we had some fun!
A Hybrid organization is simply any organization that offers some combination of in-office work and virtual work to its employees.
According to research from Zippia, a global career development and job placement firm, about half of US companies offered some form of Hybrid Work options before the pandemic. Whereas today, they report that a full 90% of US companies provide some Hybrid options for their employees.
How is your team handling this transition? This new/updated online course will definitely help you and your team overcome the challenges of the hybrid context and move into high performance as part of an effective hybrid organization.

Multiple Teens Apprehended in Second Commercial Burglary at Leesburg Business
Leesburg, VA (November 28, 2022) – On Sunday, November 27, 2022 at approximately 2:38 A.M., Leesburg Police Officers were dispatched to multiple reports of loud banging noises and subjects fleeing on foot from the area of Restocked Sneakers, located at 450 Madison Trade Plaza SE. Responding officers determined that the subjects had shattered the business’ plate glass window and had taken an undetermined amount of property from the business.
A perimeter was established, and five juveniles were apprehended nearby. A sixth involved juvenile who was not apprehended has since been identified. Officers recovered merchandise which had been stolen from the business both from the juveniles and from a vehicle that they had used. It was determined that the vehicle had been taken from a family member of one of the juveniles without their consent.
The investigation will now be turned over to the Loudoun County Juvenile Court Services Unit for the placement of charges against all six juveniles, who range in age from 14-16 years old.
We would like to thank the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, Fairfax County Police Department, and Virginia State Police for their invaluable assistance in helping to set a perimeter and apprehend the juveniles.
The incident remains under investigation by the Leesburg Police Department Criminal Investigation Section. Additionally, we are working to determine if this burglary is related to a November 17, 2022, burglary of the same business.
Anyone who has not already spoken with law enforcement and has information about either incident is asked to contact Detective S. Bultrowicz at 703-771-4500 or at [email protected]. If you wish to remain anonymous, please call the Leesburg Crime Line at 703-443-TIPS (8477). Information can also be sent using TIPSUBMIT via text. Text 274637 (CRIMES) and begin your message with LPDTIP.

Each class claims to be the "Best Class Ever" but the class of 2023 might just own that title.
A local small business owner close to the Leadership Loudon family, was the victim of a burglary at her business. They smashed her glass and stole a significant amount of inventory. The Class of 2023 took it upon themselves to show up to help with the cleanup.
