Thank you all for the continued support during this difficult time. We are staying vigilant in our efforts to keep everyone safe.

As we head into flu/cold season, please contact us to reschedule if you have *any* symptoms or have been around anyone with symptoms. You will kindly be asked to reschedule if you come into the salon with visible symptoms. We will do the same, communicating with individual clients if we need to reschedule appointments as a precautionary measure.

We will continue to do our part and hope you all can join us in our efforts! Thank you for your support and understanding, and please reach out with questions.

Just a reminder of our guidelines! Phase 3 rules are the same as our current protocol for salons.

Please read entire message.

We will be implementing the health procedures recommended by the Virginia Health Department and Virginia Department of Occupational Regulations. These rules must be followed in order to operate safely.

• All guests are required to sign a Release of Liability form due to the possibility of exposure to COVID 19.
• Only guests who have a confirmed appointment are allowed in the salon. (NO family, friends, children, etc. – NO exceptions)
• There will be a MANDATORY MASK RULE- NO MASK, NO SERVICE (Please bring your own) disposable masks recommended, only masks that fit behind the ears and don’t go around back of head please.
• We will only work with ONE guest at a time. This will greatly limit the number of clients we see per day.
• We will need more time between guests to sanitize surfaces and tools. (Please be patient)
• Please text or call us when you arrive. We will tell you when you may come in. (NO waiting inside)
• When you enter the salon, you will be asked to use hand sanitizer. (We will do the same)
• In order to avoid cross contamination, we will not have magazines, beverages, or unnecessary items in the salon.
• Please note that due to modified service times, we will not be doing full blow-dry services and will not be able to add on additional services other than what you have scheduled- your hair will be dried enough to ensure the quality of your service.
• Due to high demand- please give a 24 hour notice of cancellation. No shows WILL have a no show fee. (Emergencies, illnesses do not apply)
• Please arrive on time, we are trying to fit in as many of you as possible while making time for sanitizing. You will need to reschedule and are subject to a no show fee if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Though the rules and regulations may seem rigid or extreme, we are trying to do our best to ensure YOUR safety, as well as, our own. We truly appreciate your cooperation and patience. This is going to be different for all of us. Please know that we are extremely grateful for you all and your willingness to work with us. We look forward to seeing you!

Hello Everyone!

We wanted to give you all an update on our reopening. We have missed you all and look forward to seeing you very soon! A lot has changed and with that, there will be more changes to expect when you come in for your next appointment. As of right now, we plan on reopening on June 10th. We will be implementing the health procedures recommended by the Virginia Health Department and Virginia Department of Occupational Regulations. These rules must be followed in order to operate safely.

Between now and June 10, we will be contacting all clients who had previously scheduled appointments in March, April and May to get them scheduled for services. We will then schedule all other appointments. New requests for service will be accommodated as soon as possible.

Though the rules and regulations may seem rigid or extreme, we are trying to do our best to ensure YOUR safety, as well as, our own. We truly appreciate your cooperation and patience. We have made a very difficult decision to close the salon temporarily. We feel as though we need to put your health, as well as ours, first. It is impossible for us to follow the CDC's guidelines for social distancing. That is why we have chosen to do our part in controlling the spread of this virus. We will contact you all when we reopen. Thank you all for your support and understanding with this situation. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

As you all know, the Coronavirus is a big concern to all of us at this time. We want to be responsible and proactive to help control the spread of the virus. If you are not feeling well (allergy symptoms included), please be considerate and cancel your appointment. There will be NO cancellation fees and we will do our best to get you rescheduled as soon as possible. We do not want to overreact, but we do want to take all necessary precautions and do our part to protect everyone. Please understand that you ALL are extremely important to us and we want you all to stay healthy and protected. With your understanding and cooperation, we will get through this together. Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones.

We will be reassessing the situation as more information becomes available.
