Meet Noel Odzeyem, a seasoned fitness expert with over two decades of experience sculpting lives through the art of wellness. I’m not just a certified personal trainer; I hold an MBA in Business Administration, reflecting a commitment to both physical and strategic empowerment.

💪 Services:
My expertise lies in crafting bespoke functional workout programs, inspired by the belief that fitness is not a destination but a transformative journey. From one-on-one sessions to dynamic group workouts and virtual training options, each program is a testament to my dedication in tailoring fitness solutions to individual needs.

🔥 Passion and Journey:
My fitness journey ignited in 1991 as a boarding school student in Ghana and soared in 2002 at Gold’s Gym – Herndon VA, where I met my mentor, Alvin Snead (Big AL). His guidance refined my skills and instilled the essence of basic strength training.

🌐 FitIt Fitness:
After certification, I honed my skills at Gold’s Gym – Chantilly VA, under mentors Mathew Davis and the late Jason Raynor. This journey led to the inception of my training venture, FitIt Fitness, in 2012. Proudly associated with Undiscovered Ghana LLC, FitIt Fitness is a community where success stories unfold.

🚀 Motivated Inception:

Motivated by a yearn to work with people looking to improve their health through exercising, and an immense unwavering encouragement from my beautiful and supportive wife, I decided to take a leap of faith and started my own small training business twelve years ago - 2012.
Armed with a solid desire to succeed, my wife and I distributed the first business flyers I designed in late January, 2012. My wife had our nine-month-old daughter in a stroller that day. I recall it was a very cold day; yet my wife insisted on coming with me. She believed in me more than I believed in myself.
She also came up with the name Fit it Fitness during a brain storming session between the two of us.

📱 Embracing Technology:
In tune with the times, I’ve embraced technology, offering virtual training sessions and online tutorials. Safety and convenience are paramount in every fitness journey.

Undiscovered Ghana LLC, a company dedicated to supporting small businesses and empowering entrepreneurs, takes pride in my journey. Their belief in my vision has been a driving force, adding another layer of inspiration to my story.

Training Philosophy: We have different strengths, weaknesses, and health goals. Thus, everyone’s training program must suit the aforementioned. It is however important to incorporate basic strength, mobility, functionality, cardio, core, and flexibility exercises in every training program based on an individual's abilities and goals. One size doesn’t fit all.

Training approach: As a certified personal trainer, I encourage my peeps to understand “Fitness is a journey, not a destination.” With an emphasis on functional fitness, my programs are designed to make one’s daily activities easier overall.

Professional accolade: As a volunteer Strength and Conditioning coach, I was an integral part of the coaching team that guided and led Loudoun Valley High School boys’ lacrosse team in Purcellville Virginia, earn its first state title, winning the Virginia High School League Group 4A state championship in 2015.

Ever played competitive sports? No. Soccer and athletics are amongst the most popular sports in my country of birth – 1st and 3rd respectively. I never made the neighborhood teams in either sport let alone in boarding high school.

Location: I work with my peeps either in person (their location or mine), virtual or both.

What I don’t do: Convince or force anyone, especially adults, to exercise. I however try to educate people under 40 years about the long-term benefits of exercising, based on my personal and professional experiences.

Hi Everyone,

Not only are cable machines easy to use, they allow you the freedom to move the way you want to move, and choose the path and motion of the exercise or movement.

Add their use to your workout routine if you haven't yet. Here are a few benefits:

1. Easy to use.
2. Most have usage instructions, and list several exercises you can do with the equipment.
3. You're less likely to injure yourself when using a cable machine.
4. You don't need a spotter when using a cable machine.
5. Weights are easily adjustable to fit one's fitness level. 💪🏾

Circuit training involves rotating through 3 or more exercises with little to no rest. The intensity must be moderate to high, depending on one's fitness level.

Benefits:

✔️ Improves muscular endurance.
