Cheese & the holidays is the best combo 🙌🏼

🍂 Cranberry Crusted Goat Cheese ❄️

Ingredients
4 oz goat cheese log
2 tablespoons of dried cranberries (chopped finely)
¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar

Procedure:
Chop the dried cranberries and mix them with the ground cinnamon and balsamic vinegar. Roll your log of goat cheese in the cranberry mixture, applying gentle pressure so that the cranberries stick to every side of the log. Allow the log 10 minutes in the fridge to chill before serving.

❄️Rosemary Crusted Goat Cheese 🍂

Ingredients
4 oz goat cheese log
2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary (picked & chopped)

Procedure:
Pick and chop the rosemary and then roll your log of goat cheese in the rosemary, applying gentle pressure so that the rosemary sticks to every side of the log.
To serve, slice into small medallions.
