Thanks to the many Loudoun nonprofit organizations who work hard every day to create "a world where generosity is at the heart of all we do and where our resources and energy are used to consistently and steadfastly build something better together."
This is what today's all about. We can both reach out to those at risk of falling through the cracks and ask ourselves why anyone is so perilously close to the cracks at all. Let’s reimagine a world where generosity is at the heart of all we do and where our resources and energy are used to consistently and steadfastly build something better, together.

Impacts of Philanthropy Celebrated at Roots & Legacies Gala Leaders in Loudoun’s philanthropic community celebrated a growing culture of giving Friday night during the inaugural Roots & Legacies gala at Fox Chase Farm near Middleburg.
This fall LTR welcomed Cathy Coleman, a Speech-Language Pathologist, into the arena to treat her clients through Hippotherapy. Hippotherapy is incorporated as part of a patient’s treatment plan. Each step of the horse has the potential to produce powerful neuromotor input that can help the patient improve their function and get closer to their treatment goal.
In this photo, Cathy is encouraging her patient to use her talking device to get Teddy to “go”. Horses are a huge motivator to do things that a patient may not be inclined to do in an office setting. Go Teddy!! 🦄💜 Welcome Cathy!

100WomenStrong's first Long Term Impact project in 2014 was the Backpack Coalition, in partnership with Education Foundation. Congratulations to the newly rebranded Fueled and thank you for all you've done for Loudoun County students and their families.
