๐Ÿ’ฅAs foam rolling continues to gain popularity, we thought it would be good to share 3 keys to get the most out of your recovery sessions:

1๏ธโƒฃ More pressure does not seem to work โ€œbetterโ€ in improving ROM (keep this in mind when buying a fancy roller).

2๏ธโƒฃ Rolling for 5-10sec is good but 30-60sec is best. Donโ€™t rush it!

3๏ธโƒฃ Intermittent rolling between bouts of static stretching helps maintain ROM gains.
