There will be no Loudoun County Courthouse Shuttle service today for Election Day. All other Loudoun County Transit Bus Services will operate on a regular schedule. For more information, visit loudoun.gov/buschanges.

On Friday, November 10, 2023, the Loudoun County Courthouse Shuttle and Commuter Bus service will not operate in observance of Veterans Day. All other LC Transit service will operate on normal schedules. For more information, please visit loudoun.gov/buschanges.

Attention Commuter Bus Riders:
Beginning Monday, November 6, 2023, Loudoun County Transit’s morning drop off location for Commuter Bus Routes 282, 284, and 482 in Rosslyn will change indefinitely from its current location at N. Moore Street and Lee Highway, to Langston Boulevard at N. Nash Street.
This change is due to ongoing construction at the current stop location. See the image below for stop details.

LOVETTSVILLE – Lutheran Church Road (Route 678) between Rodeffer Road (Route 682) and Route 287 (Berlin Turnpike) will be closed to through traffic, weather permitting, on Monday, Oct. 30 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for culvert repairs, according to Virginia Department of Transportation.
Those needing to reach properties along Lutheran Church Road will have access; however, traffic will not be able to go beyond the culvert (located near 13234 Lutheran Church Road between Rodeffer Road and Willowglen Lane) in either direction.
Through traffic will be detoured via Rodeffer Road and Route 287 back to Lutheran Church Road. Drivers are asked to follow posted detour signs.

HILLSBORO – Stony Point Road (Route 719) between the Woodgrove Road (Route 719)/Cider Mill Road (Route 751) intersection and Route 9 (Charles Town Pike) will be closed to through traffic, weather permitting, from 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28 for work on the bridge over the North Fork of Catoctin Creek, according to Virginia Department of Transportation.
Those needing to reach properties along Stony Point Road will have access; however, traffic will not be able to go beyond the bridge (located near 36333 Stony Point Road between the Woodgrove/Cider Mill intersection and Honey Locust Lane) in either direction.
Through traffic will be detoured via Cider Mill Road and Route 9 back to Stony Point Road. Drivers are asked to follow posted detour signs.

On Wednesday, September 20, 2023, one-lane road closures are scheduled on eastbound Route 50 near the Route 15 roundabout from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting. The closure allows for tree clearing in preparation for the construction of the Aldie Fire and Rescue Station in Aldie. If weather delays occur, work will take place during each successive workday until it is completed. Leesburg, VA (September 4, 2023) - Repairs to the catch basin of the Town’s storm drainage system will necessitate intermittent lane closures this week, according to Town of Leesburg, Virginia.
Work is scheduled for the below streets during the following days. It will generally occur between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
• Tuesday, September 5: Church Street NE at the intersection of Cornwall Street
• Tuesday, September 5: southbound Heritage Way NE next to the bus stop at Adams Drive
• Wednesday, September 6 – Friday, September 8: Fort Evans Road at the Rt. 15 Bypass (northbound right turn lane)
• Wednesday, September 6 – Friday, September 8: Battlefield Parkway NE at Smartts Lane NE (northbound outside lane)
