I love my job! As many know, so much happens behind the scenes! Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing this precious Standard Poodle, Leia.
Leia and her Mom, Karen Elarde, from Leesburg, are now officially a registered therapy dog team through Pet Partners. (You can contact Karen to coordinate a visit with your group.)

Among many things, a therapy dog is trained to provide affection, comfort and support to people...... look at the affection in Leia's face!

Well I had my coffee at a different location this morning! I attended The Loudoun County Social Collective coffee hosted by the Virginia Army National Guard. So proud of these very young men! One wanted to show me how he dismantled his M249 SAW, (Squad Automatic Weapon, if you didn’t know), and then put it back together again. I tried to hold it, It weighed 15 lbs!
Thanks to Lisa Ann Adams, administrator/coordinator of The Loudoun County Social Collective for being such a good deed doer. Combined business networking and helping to spread the word about Operation Social Collective Care packages to send to our troops!

Just returned from three wonderful days at Imaging USA’s convention at National Harbor. Wonderful speakers and my wonderful fellow photographer peeps all masked up!
