2. It has been 1 year and 2 months, the Dresser from North Shore range was delivered damaged since Nov 2019 and sitting in my home since then. They have made several deliveries for the dresser; I inspected the dresser each time they delivered but all came with damaged and I declined to accept the damaged dresser. Last time on 10/21/2020 around 10am -1pm Ashley delivery randomly arrived my home without my knowledge. It was surprised to me. I told them, I have no knowledge about the delivery, and I was not home.
3. I paid $1,500.00 in store and rest was financed. I want $1,500.00 back from them. Plus, my lost time waited home on each delivery they failed to fulfill my order. The delivery people don’t even call when they are coming. I had to stay all day home loosing money from work. My cost of taking day off is above $500 a day, for 8 days x$500 it is $4,000.00 approx. you can imagine how much money I lost. Delivery dates were: 8/5/2020; 06/30/2020; 04/03/2020; 02/28/2020; 01/31/2020; 01/22/2020; 12/28/2019; 12/11/2019. In fact, they missed the very original delivery date, I had to go in-store to find out the problem and re-scheduled for the later date.
4. Ashley delivered the damaged furniture deliberately, thinking they can trick the customer, they knew it was damaged furniture before loading them on the truck, but they still put it in the truck for the delivery. I confirmed this with their driver. Drivers also have poor attitude, think about someone coming in your home with the poor attitude mind set, it is unsafe for the family and the property.
5. Timia Castro called me and also emailed me asking details from me, I emailed her details in Sep 2020. She said she is senior customer care level 3 and will work diligently to settle the issue but unfortunately, NEVER received her response at all.
6. Ashley Home Store must come forward and resolve the issue that I have listed above regarding the dresser and financial compensation.
Update: It has been over 10 months no deliveries. Left voice mail for CS rep, no response.

I patiently waited for over 9 months to receive all my furniture. The damaged dresser is sitting in my home. Now time for review. Please see details below.
1. I placed the huge order on 11/11/2019. Northshore range – complete Bedrooms set /Dining sets plus additional Dining set and a bedroom set.
2. Ashley Leesburg, VA store and Fredericksburg, distribution center is running without good governance, including good people.
3. Ashley refused to give financial compensation for the loss days waiting for delivery, Ashley consistently sent me the damaged furniture several time. I had to take days off from the work to receive the delivery, to be at home all day.
4. Ashley sales team at this store do not know eta for the item they sell. Before, I the signed the paperwork they said delivery will be in max 2 weeks – false commitment. It has now been a 9mths.
5. The first delivery from Ashley was delayed and no communication. I went to store to cancel the order, but they refused to cancel. They started showing me the papers I signed to accepts the poor services. They gave me a credit, of that credit, they placed the order which were discontinued, they didn’t update on that, I had to follow-up several time, found out items were discontinued.
6. Ashley furniture got damaged within 3 weeks, parts were delivered after one month and the technician came one month later to fix it. total 2 mths to fix the issues.
7. Ashley delivered the damaged furniture deliberately, thinking they can trick the customer, they knew it was damaged furniture before loading them on the truck, but still they put in the truck for the delivery. I confirmed this with their driver. Drivers also have poor attitude, think about someone coming in your home with the poor attitude mind set, it is unsafe for the family and the property.
8. Ashley is total unreliable. You must be all day at home even after and until after 6pm for your delivery. The driver does not call you to update if they are running late. They say it is a courtesy call and not our responsibility to let customer know re the delivery time. They do not follow the basic customer service norms.
9. Ashley do not stand behind their promise and products/services. No one will take ownership of mistake. They also hung-up the phone, since they do not have reasonable answer
10. Ashley is not capable for managing huge orders in a great quality.
11. Ashley don’t work for customer/community. They do what is convenient for themselves, in the process from start to finish.
12. I strongly RECOMMEND DON’T BUY furniture from Ashley
