Sen. Warner Tours New Virginia Processing Center for Afghan Asylum Seekers When plans for the center at the National Conference Center in Loudoun County were announced last month, some residents expressed concern, but Sen. Mark Warner took a tour of the safe haven and gave it his endorsement.

As part of Operation Allies Welcome (OAW), the National Conference Center is welcoming the first group of allies. This initiative would enable the conference center to act as a hub for the resettlement of evacuees who assisted the US government and military for the past two decades.
