Here is your friendly reminder to change your furnace filter. Only about 15% of rental tenants actually change their furnace filters when instructed to which causes a huge strain to your HVAC systems.

With the onset of colder temperatures, you may want to utilize a space heater. This picture provides a valuable reminder that plugging these items into surge protectors or extension cords can substantially elevate the risk of fires.

This particular tenant never called in work orders and paid their rent on time. Without an interior inspection the property management company had no clue that they were living in complete filth and had destroyed the duplex.
