So grateful for Mindy Simmons at Wilson Bank & Trust who is always willing to make our Compassionate Hands Bucks fundraiser a success. This year the branches sold 209 coupons ($2,090). What a blessing!

First fruits (well veggies) from our Community Garden!

Some days, our friends walk through our doors carrying burdens that feel too heavy to bear. They may be hurting, discouraged, or at their lowest point. That’s why our volunteers are here—to listen without judgment, offer prayer, share hope, and remind them that they are seen, valued, and deeply cared for. Sometimes, knowing someone cares can make all the difference. ❤️

We are thrilled to announce that the 2026 Tennessee Extension Master Gardeners Search for Excellence Award has been awarded to the Compassionate Hands Healing Garden!

This recognition is a tremendous honor, and it would not have been possible without the dedication, hard work, and ongoing care provided by the members of the Wilson County Master Gardener Association. Their commitment to our garden and the people we serve has made this achievement possible.

We would also like to celebrate this month’s Sunshine Award recipient, Calvin. Congratulations, Calvin, and thank you for all you do!

From everything we're hearing, the Compassionate Hands Bucks fundraiser has been a tremendous success, and we are beyond grateful for your support!

Today and tomorrow are the final two days to purchase your Compassionate Hands Bucks. They are still available at Wilson Bank & Trust branches, and some churches may have them available as well.

Tomorrow, Shelia Weathers will be selling Compassionate Hands Bucks at The Glade Church after both services, so be sure to stop by and see her.

We truly cannot thank YOU enough for supporting our mission and helping us serve those in need. Your generosity makes a difference!

Today was an amazing day at The Hope Center! ❤️

Cedar Creek Baptist Church blessed everyone by grilling hamburgers and hotdogs, and Pastor Mike shared a powerful devotion that touched so many hearts.

“A Missing Man Table” was also set up in the dining room — a moving reminder of the brave men and women who are missing, imprisoned, or never made it home. It gave our friends an opportunity to truly grasp the meaning behind this day and reflect on the sacrifices made for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Days like today remind us that fellowship, remembrance, and compassion can bring hope and healing to so many. ❤️
