Twice I have placed an order through Walmart or an item and have not received it yet. The first order Order number 2000105-92400511 was shipped UPS 1Z47VY660341561376 and showed delivered Nov. 22. Item was not received. I called our regional UPS office @ 276-964-2758 and they gave me an address that it was delivered to that was not even in the same town. the lady at UPS said that I had probably been a victim of some sort of fraud and needed to advise Walmart that I did not receive package which I did and my credit card was credited and all was corrected. Then I
ordered the same item again, through Walmart again and have not received my package. This package shows it was sold and shipped by shanxijinruixunshumakejiyouxiangongsi. Sounds like I've been victim of fraud again. Showing shipped by DHL tracking number
2022003163. That tracking shows it was delivered to Richmond then stopped and I have not received it either. Here is what I want done. Walmart needs to contact the shipper and cancel this order and debit my credit card again for this order. I will not try ordering this item from Walmart again. I order from Walmart a lot and haven't had problems until now. I also have another item from the same order that I have not received. It is an ankle bracelet. Your prompt attention to this matter would be most appreiated.

Wal-Mart, if covid-19 is so bad that you feel the need to require masks for all customers, maybe you should also use your brains to figure out ways to help keep customers from being bottlenecked together. Do you really think that closing down one set of doors, herding everyone in and out of the same set of doors helps to promote social distancing? Also, decreasing your hours, forcing everyone to shop during the same hours that would normally be spaced out over 24 hours??? Did you think that through? What about opening more registers to reduce people standing in lines together??????

Walmart rant - you've taken up 12 parking spaces on the Grocery side (I can't imagine needing all 12 at once in this small town) for on-line shopping, you've completely closed the entrance/exit doors on the Home & Pharmacy side, forcing everyone to park on Grocery side. To park on Grocery side, one has to walk a mile to get to the door, not to mention that there are now too few handicap spaces. I just left Walmart. There was 1 cashier open. Three people in front of me and five behind me. I COULD NOT use self-check out as I was getting groceries for elderly individual who only has checks. I used to firmly believe that one needs to put their buggy in cart corral - I'm worn out and not walking any further. From now on Food City will be my shopping place. You can keep working on putting yourself out of business.☹

How does someone who has been exposed to the corona virus end up being able to work at the door and come in contact with every customer?
