Salads were great but disappointed in the garlic bread. Very dry, no butter detected! Yesterday was spent at the VA hospital in Indy, and I was so looking forward to your yummy garlic bread. I hope this was a one time fluke!

I came to Your restaurant a couple weeks ago, I look forward to eating at this fabulous place because it certainly is one of a kind! I live out of town, and Westfield actually so when I do come to Lebanon I look forward to eating the best pizza place in town. Except for that night I have to say I was very very disappointed in the follow through with your employees as far as the COVID-19 cleaning and sanitizing. I inquired with one of the waitresses about what the protocol was as far as sanitizing the tables and or areas around the tables and she explain to me that there’s one person that was to do that job and that’s all that one person wants to do. After watching this gal walk around with her cleaning cloth and putting her signs on the table about how that table has been sanitized I have to say I was totally appalled! She wiped down the seat first and then barely touched the table and that was done like that for three different tables in the back of the dining room. I didn’t see any type of sanitizing but this particular employee whom I was told that it was her job to sanitize and that was only her job. So needless to say I am very disappointed in the follow-through that your employees have with sanitizing for COVID-19. I wonder how safe it is for me to come back if I do anytime soon, I wonder how safe it is for other customers as well.

I visited Arni's tonight in Lebanon with deaf friends. As I was leaving the restaurant, conversing with friends in American Sign Language (ASL), an employee asked me to cover my mouth. ASL is dependent on facial expression, mouth morphemes and non-manual markers. Deaf depend on reading these facial clues as part of their language. As a business, you should be aware of the exemptions to the statewide mask mandate, and should inform your employees of this information. You can find the mandate and the exemptions at https://www.in.gov/gov/files/Executive%20Order%2020-37%20Face%20Covering%20Requirement.pdf. It exempts "any person who is deaf or hard of hearing, or communicating with a person who is deaf or hard of hearing, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication." To avoid discrimination, your employees should be educated as to this exemption, as well as exemptions for any person with a "medical condition, mental health condition, or disability which prevents wearing a face covering." Please let your employees know what steps to take to avoid discrimination in the future. I tried to send this as a private message on your website rather than in a public forum, but your contact page does not work.

I know things are tough and i do appreciate you working and being open. BUT i really don't understand why my BBQ pizza has no BBQ sauce on it and barely any sausage. It was really hard to tell the difference between it and the cheese pizza i got as well.

A big shout out to Arni’s staff. Excellent service tonight. Most especially the two young ladies at the hostess stand. Such good service. I had to wait on my friend. Asked for a Diet Coke...it was brought to me promptly and they even offered a refill. I was so impressed with them. Thank you so much.

Stopped in tonight for dinner and was seated in the lower section. After sitting for about 15 min and never seeing a waiter a group of 8 kids came in and sat by us. A waiter quickly came and got all their drink orders and walked right by not acknowledging us. So we got up and left and had dinner at parky's where they were more than happy to accommodate us. This is not a one time thing, as this has happened several times. I really love your food but I dread being seated in that lower section because the service is almost always bad.
