"In 2014, Mental Health America (MHA) launched our online mental health screening: a collection of online, free, confidential, anonymous, and scientifically validated screening tools to help individuals understand and learn more about their mental health.

Since then, around 1 million screens are completed every year, with up to 3,000 screenings being taken per day. This makes this the largest data set ever collected from a help-seeking population."

Bipolar Test The Bipolar Test is for individuals who have mood swings - or unusual or extreme shifts in mood and energy.

"Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) is a highly effective treatment for OCD and BDD, but young people often require support from parents to get the most out of therapy. This talk will cover some of the factors that can interfere with young people fully engaging with CBT, and we will discuss what parents can do to promote engagement. The talk will also address some of the common concerns that families have about remotely-delivered therapy, which has become commonplace over the last 15 months due to the Covid-19 pandemic."
