Today is Kim’s 1 year anniversary training in the gym. She is doing things in and out of the gym she couldn’t do a year ago. She works hard and wants to do better every day. She would not have been able to do this intense workout a year ago. Way to go Kimberley Ann Wolk and keep up the great work.💪👏

Success story from a valued client. It has been a pleasure working with Amanda over the past year. She is such a kind, caring human. She works hard and strives to be better with every workout. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for her in and out of the gym.

For the past year I have been working out with Scott and he not only has helped me train better, but he has also helped me see myself differently. When Scott and I started our sessions, we had to start from the beginning due to my form and technique not being right. I was trained previously and instead of getting form down I was constantly just adding weight and that hindered my progress more then it helped. Working with Scott has taught me to be patient with myself and my body. Scott is fun and makes training sessions fun, but he also knows what we need to do to help me progress and meet the goals I have set. I am not an easy client as I am hard on myself and if I fail or do not work to where I think I should I get down easily. Scott talks me out of this and helps me see the progress I have made and, also reminds me that a fail, isn’t always a bad thing and everyone fails. Since training with Scott I have had so many PR’s and gains that I look forward to what is to come in my sessions going forward. I can’t Thank Scott enough for believing in me.

I want to thank my wife for an amazing gift for the gym. As the year winds down it’s amazing to think where Chris and I are. We have worked hard, lots of hours and have put our heart and soul into our gym. We have amazing clients and members who have been so supportive. The positive energy and community that has been built makes it fun to work. Thank you to our members and clients who have stuck with us through the ups and downs. Thanks to my wife and family for there support. A huge thanks to my business partner Chris for busting his ass to get what needs to be done. So many memories in one year. The collage represents just some of the great things that goes on here. Here’s to another great year 2022!
