Please excuse the longer response times right now! It’s summertime, and I slow down A LOT this time of year. By slowing down, I mostly mean with business because with two kids home for the summer… it truly never stops. 😂

Messages and orders are still coming in, and I am still working — just with fewer hours during this season. Please know I completely understand that waiting can be frustrating, but this is the schedule that works best for my family during the summer months.

If you’re willing to wait a little longer than usual, I promise I’ll take care of you. I do see your messages, and if you’re waiting on mockups, they are being worked on!

I’m gonna get a little personal with y’all for a second… nothing too deep, don’t worry lol. But I’m in a season of life where I finally feel like I can put myself first again.

While KC Designs is my heart and something that truly makes me happy, so does taking care of myself and being present with my family.

Over the past 6 years, I’ve worked more hours for myself than I ever did at a 8–5. I poured everything into motherhood and used KC Designs as my creative outlet—and honestly, it saved me in so many ways.

I already slow things down in the summer to spend more time outside with my kids (our favorite thing), and one of the biggest blessings of owning my own business is being able to adjust that pace when I need to. And now that my kids are a little older, I finally have the time to pour into myself again.

Thank you for continuing to support my business through all these seasons of life. It truly means more than you know 🤍

If things have seemed a little quieter around here lately, it’s because our softball season is in full swing. This year both of my kids are playing on different teams, so between practices and games, the ball field has definitely become our second home.

With warmer weather and summertime right around the corner, I’ll be slowing things down a bit to soak up as much time outdoors with my kids as possible—something I look forward to every year and am so blessed to be able to do. 🌞💛

With that in mind, I recommend placing orders sooner rather than later and planning for a slightly longer turnaround time, along with slower replies to messages and emails.
