It's important to note that the legal limit for the wattage of a space heater is 1500 watts, a mandated standard that applies universally. When considering the purchase of a space heater, it's worth noting that smaller units that advertise 1500 watts are equivalent in wattage to their larger counterparts. So, if budget constraints are a concern, there is no need to feel obligated to purchase the largest available space heater. Additionally, here is a helpful video available that explains how all the energy consumed by the heater is effectively released as heat into the room.
Please be safe & cautious. It's warming up now but in the coming days it will be cold again & this could help keep people informed.

Should you level your mobile home? First, you need to know if it is unlevel. Many think it is easy to tell if your home is out of level. Get to know the typical signs of leveling issues. One or two of these signs could be the result of different problems. Call Atlas Mobile Home Solutions if you see any of the following.
Take steps to protect your investment.
Common Signs:
Doors and/or windows start to stick when you try to open or shut them. Do not ignore cabinet doors or closet doors sticking.
Cracks in the walls, roof or floor is a sure sign that your home is experiencing stress.
Awnings or attachments start to bend.
Your home starts to have unusual sounds such as creaking floors.
The skirting under your mobile house beginning to buckle.
Your cabinets or tables do not look flat, and things tend to roll off them.
Why itβs important to level your home
Unlevel mobile homes are a serious issue. You should call Atlas Mobile Home Solutions as soon as you suspect a problem. Letting this issue slide will make your investment disappear. Your skirting, decks, drywall, floors, and more will bend and break if not maintained.
Paying to level your home will likely save you a lot of money in the long run.
If you ignore a leveling issue, it can make your mobile home violate the HUD safety standards. As you know, the government can stop your home from selling if it identifies safety concerns. Lenders and mobile home buyers will step away from a home that gets an inadequate inspection. The most crucial reason to level your home, though, is your safety. What happens if you need to get out of your home and the door gets stuck?
