I got my last High Fitness workout in before the Thanksgiving Holiday. The theme of the class was rap/hip hop! I still got a few moves. Lol

Enjoyed the Halloween-themed High Fitness Class at the Cedar Park Rec. Center today. This is a great class for a high or low impact workout. The class is on Mon/Wed/Fridays at 9am.

Also got a chance to introduce Poochie Trends to some new four-legged friends.🐾🦴🐕‍🦺

Thanks to my brother from another mother! I was super busy at the Mueller Farmers Market yesterday when I heard a voice asking customers, “May I help you?” I looked up and it was Reggie. He stepped in, no questions asked and started cashing customers out.
