Up to this point, we’ve identified:

Now here’s what happens when we add the right support.
All we did was make a small adjustment to the foot—
👉 adding targeted support (posting) inside the orthotic
And then we tested it.
What we started to see:
* Better muscle activation through the leg
* More even support during movement
* Improved control during exercises like squatting and balance
Because when the foot is supported correctly:
