Has anyone heard of or used these baby beaver lures from Beaver's Baits? They look incredible to me, but I’m curious if anyone has used them and if anyone has had success fishing for musky with them. Let me know in the comments what you think about these lures.

People don’t throw spoons as much as they used to, but they still work. I caught several musky just throwing little spoons on Lake of the Woods. This probably works best in the spring when Muskies are eating smaller profile baits right after they spawn.

The exciting thing about fishing is that you never know what will happen. We had a couple surprises on this particular day. The first was a colossal channel catfish. The second was a free rod and reel. Those two things don’t happen every day.

Saturday morning steelhead fishing! This us a throwback to a couple years ago. I love catching chrome of the pier in Michigan City. Always a great fight in the open water.

Good times Steelhead fishing off the pier! This was a couple years back, but still it was super fun. My daughter caught her first summer run steelhead on shrimp.

This was a crazy fishing sequence which leads to a double headed! We hooked two big fish while trolling crankbait. It was pretty unbelievable the way it went. We were actually steelhead fishing, but the drum has other plans. Both of these fish were caught on Lamiglas rods and NautiX reels by Piscifun.
