Happy Flag Day and Happy Birthday #251 to our United States Army, established June 14, 1775.

Here is a throw back from the early 90's of my dad, Tom, who started Fly 'Em High in 1991.

Fly 'Em High would like to thank Jim Roy for honoring our country and our military; and our police, fire and EMS heroes.

This is the 25th year Jim, his employees and a few dedicated volunteers have done this. Fly ‘Em High was again honored this year when he asked us to supply him with the flags, poles and other accessories to make it happen.

This year, in honor of America's 250th Anniversary, Jim took his donation to another level. In addition to the hundreds of flags you'll see around the main thoroughfares in LaPorte, Jim also donated flags and poles to many other communities in LaPorte County including, Rolling Prairie, Westville, Lacrosse, Union Mills, Michigan City and Long Beach.

In total, Jim donated close to 1,000 American flags, two sets of America 250 flags and two sets of flags for all six branches of the military. In addition there are police flags (thin blue line), fire flags (thin red line) and like the last two years, we custom made two thin green line flags to honor EMS. Jim also supplied LaPorte and the other communities with all of the rotator poles and brackets needed to hang the flags.

Big thank you to Jack and Jamie Nick in Chesterton for choosing Fly 'Em High for their new flagpole.

We installed this 15' pole with a 3' x 5' American Flag and it's as cute as a button. 🇺🇸

No gym today, this 5' sleeve provided all of the workout I needed and then some.

This pole going in here is going to be a beauty, until then, where is the Aleve 🇺🇸

Big thank you to Jeri Hesters and the staff at Grand Heritage Federal Credit Union for choosing Fly 'Em High for the flagpole at their new location at the corner of Truesdell Avenue and North Madison Street in NewPorte Landing in LaPorte.

This 30' internal halyard, satin aluminum flagpole, outfitted with a 6' x 10' American 🇺🇸 looks awesome and is the perfect compliment to their beautiful new building.

Before you fire up that grill, crack a cold one or hit that first tee shot, take a moment to think about and thank the men and women who didn't make it home.

The husband's, wives, mom's, dad's, sons and daughters who gave their lives to protect our freedom and our great Country. Keep our Gold Star families and Veterans in your prayers 🙏

If you're interested in an IU Natty Flag, here are the (3) options we will offer.

These will be done on Made in America, nylon flags with header and grommets, 3' x 5' in size. The "football" and "helmet" options will be done on red flags and the "QB" option will be done on a white flag.

Prices are: $80 for single-sided and $135 for double-sided. Prices include applicable taxes.
