We recieved a call on one of our hottest days this week that an air conditioning unit wasn't working.

Her A/C is only 2 years old, installed on an existing electrical system with a "Pushmatic Panel."

Upon inspection of the homeowners electrical panel, she is lucky her house didn't burn down!

One of the wires as well as the breaker had started to melt away, and from several factors.

Needless to say, if you get new appliances, call us to ensure your electricity distribution components (in this case, the correct amperage breaker, disconnect switch, and wires) are up to date.

This project in Holt is with a couple that converted their living room into a dining nook, placing cabinets along the North and East walls, and will soon have shelving above the cabinets on both sides of the mantle. We installed accent lighting for their shelving, moved the existing plugs into the cabinets and installed new switches and receptacles on the countertops.
