Services 2/4 - Performance Training
Soccer players are consistently underdeveloped.

A few clips from my first session with !! Emphasis throughout the whole session was: being world class at the basics.
Focusing on the weight of touch specifically during half-turns and when there is “pressure from behind” to have the ball not get stuck underneath you so you’re not inviting pressure/tackles from your defender.
