The Old Everett Neighborhood Association will be holding its bi-monthly public safety meeting at the McLaren-Greater Lansing's Education Center at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 14.

The Education Center is the blue-, white- and brick-faced building on the corner of Greenlawn and Washington.

Don't forget tomorrow night, Tuesday, July 10th is our next neighborhood meeting! It will be held at the McLaren Education Center, located on the corner of Washington Ave and Greenlawn Ave, from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM. Hope to see you there!

There is so much more to do in the park. Some volunteers are getting together tomorrow night (Tuesday, May 22nd) from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM to clear away some branches and brush. If you are interested in helping, please meet at the Palmer Street dead end/entrance. Thanks everyone!

Thank you to the volunteers who came out this morning to work in the park! We appreciate all of the help! If you missed us today, there will be many other opportunities this summer! Pictures of today's clean up will be posted soon! If you want to check out part of what was done today, drive down Cavanaugh Street and check out the park sign! New flowers planted and mulch laid! :)

Neighbors in the Cedarbrook Neighborhood have been working hard in the community garden at Park View and Dexter, right next to Poxson Park. Stop on by if you see them out and about. They're building community and making our area a great place to live.

The lawn has been mowed. The flowers have been planted. And special grasses have been added to South Cedar Street. Thank you everyone for the support.

Don't forget that tomorrow is the Cavanaugh Park Clean Up Day! Join us from 9AM - 1PM (or at any point during that time frame)! We will be meeting at the Palmer Street dead end/entrance to clear brush, work on trails, pick up trash, and much more! Looking forward to seeing you all there!
