Got to watch one of my besties get married this past weekend. 🤍✨🌲 and - your love is something every couple strives for. Keep choosing each other, encouraging each other, listening to each other, and never stop snorting through the laughter. I love you both so much!
If you want to change the world, go home and love your family. ❤️ I couldn’t imagine a single second of my life without this angel in it. Being your mommy is the greatest blessing. 🙏🏼

Had a discussion today with some ladies at the gym about how uncomfortable and self conscious we often feel wearing shorts. WHY are we so damn hard on ourselves? Who cares if there’s a little bit of cellulite on the back or front of our legs? Being a woman is truly a super power ‼️ and we need to give ourselves more grace. Reminder to WEAR THE DAMN SHORTS!
Also - before there’s any “how could you possibly feel self conscious” or “you don’t have cellulite” - Yes, I do. And just because I look a certain way in your eyes doesn’t mean that I see it. I have plenty of insecurities too, despite what you may think or how you might view me.

Feeling so grateful for exactly where I’m at in my life right now. Which is new to me! I’m the type of person that seems to never be content with where I’m at because I’m always striving for more. However, I’ve been in a season of my life where I’m trying to slow down and appreciate the experiences I’m going through at the stage of life I’m IN and not mindlessly passing through to get to where I want to be. I highly recommend you do the same. ❤️

Even on vacay. 💪🏼🍑💙 Here are some tips for those of you who completely fall out of routine when you go away/on vacation:
1. Prioritize finding a hotel or Airbnb with a gym in it or right next to it. Less opportunity to make excuses for yourself!
2. PLAN IT INTO YOUR DAY! Don’t just tell yourself, “I’m going to workout while I’m away” without having an actual plan as to what that looks like. Pick the days and approximate times for when you can get it in.
3. Don’t show up to the gym and just wing it! Come prepared with a 20-45 minute full body workout. That’s.all.you.need! Look for an EMOM, AMRAP, or some other high intensity full body workout that you can do.
4. Let your family and friends know your plans to workout to allow them to make plans while you’re working out if they don’t want to join you. That way you don’t have any guilt or lack of social support for your decisions.
5. CRUSH IT AND STAY ON TRACK TOWARDS HITTING YOUR GOALS! 🔥
