Congratulations to my sellers and buyers on the sale of their home at 17834 Polo Trail and the purchase of their new home at 2006 148th Ct E through a simultaneous closing! 🎉 🎉 Happy to welcome another wonderful family to Mill Creek!

Simultaneous closings are rarely simple. Every piece has to fall into place at exactly the right time, and sometimes you’re at the mercy of title companies.

Thankfully, the team at Sunbelt Title was ready to roll. All parties had signed by 9:00 AM, but we waited until after 1:00 PM for funds to be released from the sale-side title company. Meanwhile, moving trucks were lined up outside the home for hours waiting for access, and everyone involved was left wondering when we’d finally get the green light.

When told, “You aren’t our only closing today,” my thought was simple: if a simultaneous closing couldn’t be prioritized, we should have known that two months ago.

But in the end, we made it to the finish line! Keys exchanged, trucks unloaded, and one very happy family settling into their new home.

A huge thank you to my sellers for trusting me to guide both sides of this move. I truly appreciate the opportunity and am grateful you chose me to help navigate the journey.
