Follow for more of our life behind the business!
One of them is ruining their marriage π§βπ§βπ§βπ§
2 people can work the same hours
Same work schedule
Same home office setup
Same family responsibilities
But still get extremely different presence at home
Itβs not working too much
Itβs not caring about family less
The difference comes down to transition
Person A did nothing between work and home mode
Person B did a clear reset between work and home
Person A stayed mentally in work while physically at home
Person B switched fully into the moment they were in
Person A felt distracted even during family time
Person B felt fully present even after a busy workday
Because presence doesnβt happen automatically, it happens when you intentionally separate where one role ends and the next begins.
