Twisted Floors is your go-to coating company, specializing in one-day installations. We are seeking an installer/apprentice who is willing to learn and train others to complete a proper floor prep, coating installation, commercial vinyl installation. You can apply at Twistedfloors.com

Job Duties:
-Work four to five days a week (Monday-Friday and the occasional Saturday)
-Work with a crew of 2 to 3 installers depending on the size of job.
-Work with the customer to make sure we install floors to their satisfaction.
-Ensure the floors are prepared properly for installation using best practices for grinding and cleaning.
-Mixing product properly for installation, documenting installation.
-Install base coat, colored flake layer, and top coat based on the customer's selection.
-Work with a team to maintain material and supply inventory.

Experience and Credentials:
-1+ years of experience in the field of construction preferred.
-Experience with hand tools and large equipment
-High school diploma or GED preferred

Requirements:
-Honest, trustworthy, teachable, and great work ethic
-Ability to work in multiple locations in the Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern IL
-Reliable Cell phone Service.
-Clean background, must pass background check, and be drug free.
-Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
-Ability to lift/move 75-100 lbs
