Customers before warranties! Solutions over excuses! Biggest thing that sets us apart seems super simple to me. Not sure why so many other companies struggle with this approach to business... I see it time and time again. I refuse to be that company. We are just built different I guess. I gave this product manufacturer ten days head start that I was experiencing a break down with the product. I was ignored and dismissed. I first made contact with them and they insisted I file a claim on there website and was hung up on. After I submitted pictures and answered their questions I was never offered any valuable information. There only concern was in telling me that the problem was my problem and not there's. The process was exhausting and a complete waste of time. Who is to blame never crossed my mind. I had zero concerns about who pays for what! I told them that repeatedly... I needed my attachment fixed as fast as possible. Every day down we lost money! I had several customers depending on me to actually solve the problem and not waste their time with excuses on why I couldn't deliver or how it wasn't my problem.
Moral of the story is we spent the day breaking the attachment down, sourcing all the required seals, and rebuilding the attachment to make the rent! It was extremely difficult and not what I had planned for the entire day! But my customers absolutely come first and if that approach doesn't fit your style then I humbly ask you to stop acting like it does!

Happy Birthday to the United States Marine Corps. I got the pleasure to watch many of young kids turn into battle hardened men while serving on deployment! The dangers that they endured, day in and day out, where not for the weak or faint of heart. The hardships and level of sacrifice required to stomach combat is second to nothing on this planet. The Marine Corps has a long rich tradition of these types of selfless heros and I will forever be humbled and honored to have been able to play a small part in that tradition.
