Feelings are unavoidable, and shouldn’t be ignored. Whether you are the one experiencing them or someone you know is, they matter. Here are some reminders on what to bring LESS of to yourself and those around you, and what to bring MORE of. It doesn’t mean avoiding the reality, but simply holding on to any hope you can. 🙏🏼

Communication is vital when dealing with victims of natural disasters, especially with children. So we created a few tools to help you when you or someone you know has experienced a Hurricane, or major storm. We all need to feel compassion when experiencing the trauma of natural disasters, this will help you! Especially if you live in an area that’s never experienced these things.
