We will be closing today at 4:30 for the safety of our staff! Tomorrow, we will be open 12-3 for pickups, but if you’d like, you can come and browse what we have left as well!
If you can’t make your pickup this week due to weather, no biggie!! We will also be here next week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for pickups 😊 times will be posted at a later time!

Again, we want to thank everyone who has been patient with us getting everything cleaned out and posted! If you have any questions, please message us and we will answer them when we are back in shop!

Also, we will be here today from 9-5 to allow people to pick up previously bought items or items they have bought today. Thursday and Friday we will be here from 10-6!! If any of these times do not work for you please reach out and we can work out a time 😊

Hey everyone! I hope you all are having a fabulous Friday!
I have come to the conclusion that it would be best to unfortunately not be open to the public for the next two weeks and only be open on Valentine’s Day, Monday February 14 - our last day.
My next adventure is starting a little sooner than expected, and we have a lot to get cleaned out of our shop in the meantime!
However, if you would like some goodies between now and Valentine’s Day I will be accepting limited orders! I will need at least a 48 hour notice and pickup days can only be on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at a prescheduled time only!

Keep an eye out for more posts next week as we continue to empty out our store of extra pans, decor, and more!

Thank you so much for everyone being so patient with us while we get everyone’s items together and invoices sent! I honestly was not expecting almost everything to go as fast as it did 😅

I have LOTS of more items but I will slowly be posting those within the next few weeks. Things like seasonal decor, regular wall decor, a few more storage tubs, pans, and maybe a few other things here and there.

This has been such a hard time for all of us at Colleen’s Bakery so I greatly appreciate everyone who has been stepped out of their way to send kind thoughts and check up on us!

I have come to the conclusion that it is time for me to move on to the next chapter in my life and close the doors at Colleen’s Bakery.

Please, no tears here!! 🤗 I have absolutely 💗LOVED💗 this chapter of my life, but unfortunately it is just time for me to turn the page! Between the lack of supply and the rising cost of my products, it has become unrealistic to keep up in this business. I have learned so much in these past 15 months about myself and my skills! Although owning my own business at 18/19 has been extremely challenging, I sure have loved it. I loved creating the perfect mixture of ingredients to result in wonderful recipes for you all, I loved the patience I learned, I loved decorating my pastries and discovering new techniques, and I love who I have become through this journey.
However, God is calling me elsewhere and has better things waiting for me, so I must follow! I want to say a HUGE thank you to each and every person who has supported in any type of way. You truly don’t know how much I appreciate that! You helped me live out a dream that I never thought was possible, so thank you!

I will ALWAYS treasure these memories I made at my shops. I will always be thankful for my customers and supporters. And oh how I am so blessed to have something that makes saying goodbye to so so hard.

Our last day open to the public will be Friday, February 18.
Again, I want to thank everyone for their love and support throughout my journey of owning my own business. It has been wonderful 💜
