I’m a seasoned carpenter and contractor blending mindful craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and personalized service to create beautiful, lasting spaces for homeowners across Boulder County and the Denver Metro area.
Lately I’ve been in a number of conversations with homeowners who are trying to figure out what actually makes sense to do with their home before jumping into projects.
Most people aren’t sure if they should update, leave things alone, or think about a longer-term move—and a lot of money gets spent in the wrong places because of that.
Jessica and I have been “walking” a few homes together to help people think this through before doing anything, and it’s been surprisingly helpful.

The Kalinski Team at RE/MAX Elevate has partnered with the Love for Lily non-profit and will be hosting a community drive within Boulder County and Broomfield to gather items for the Essentials Bags.
We will have bins at our Louisville RE/MAX Elevate and Boulder RE/MAX offices as well as organized porch pickups from your home to collect the items.
The drive will run April 12th thru Mother’s Day weekend ending May 12th.
