📣 Announcement/Update Time📣
Short version (because I get that long posts can be tedious to read 🥱 lol): Grains and Stock’s operations are back to operating from my home and the storefront is moving on to a new owner. Because of all of the amazing support from my family and customers, I have come to realize that keeping operations at my home is the best way for me to continue providing the highest level of design and service 🌸❤️

Long version (because I like to write 🤣):
Thank you all for following and supporting Grains and Stock!
Recently, I had announced that I would be opening a storefront. With the support of family and close friends, we did A LOT of work to get the storefront ready; however, because of personal reasons I have decided that the timing is not yet right for me to operate the business out of a storefront. With 4 young children, it is best for me, my family, and the business to continue operating Grains and Stock out of my home with retail options available at local retailers, collaborative workshops with local DIY businesses, and wedding/event design. I am so grateful for the experience that I have had with the Shoppes of Lafayette and I recommend the Shoppes with genuine enthusiasm to anyone looking for a storefront for their business.
So what's changed... not much, Grains and Stock will continue to grow and I am so excited about what the future holds! We have some amazing events coming up and I can’t wait to share all of the beautiful things that are possible with wood flowers!

Our summer camp DIY decor workshops run in 4 sessions and each session has two theme options. Each session runs Monday-Thursday from 9am-12pm and are recommended for ages 8 to 14. In these workshops, each camper will complete DIY projects to create a set of coordinating home decor. Projects included each week are a set of tiered tray decor, hanging wall sign and a wood flower arrangement. On the first day of each session, each participant will decorate their own apron to keep.
The price per week is $225 per camper with optional add-ons of Tiered Tray (+$25) to purchase and DIY Take-home Kit for alternate theme (+$95)

Yesterday!!! Yesterday was one of those days that, at the end of the day, I felt extra blessed and lucky! The day started very early because I had the honor and pleasure of making the centerpieces for a fundraiser for an amazing organization that is very important to my family, Birth Haven. Birth Haven is a shelter for homeless, pregnant women and it is a safe haven that encourages empowerment and healthy living for women and their babies. It is a truly inspiring organization with a mission that is undeniably important and meaningful! Plus, it is an organization that champions the strength of women because we are a FORCE 💪🏻🌸♥️
After being involved with the setup for the event and attending the event, I raced home to my husband who managed to get our 4 kids to soccer games, coach a soccer game himself, and get our kids dressed and ready for a family photo session… we love to overschedule 🤣🤣🤣 but with 4 kids, it’s just how life is lol!
We had a fun photo session and then we closed the day out at a diner with milkshakes!
It was a full day but a day that really shows me how blessed I am!! Enjoy these pictures of the flower arrangements from the Birth Haven fundraiser and check out the organization’s website when you get the chance!! Happy Sunday!

This special wreath was a commissioned memorial piece to remember a loved one who has recently passed. Our sincerest condolences go out to the loved ones and may peace fill their hearts!

These arrangements will make for beautiful centerpieces at a christening celebration and will also serve as forever keepsakes for the most special guests! Wood flowers keep special memories forever present and gifting centerpieces after a special event is such an incredible way to honor those special memories ⛪️♥️

Our new shop space is under construction and it is so amazing to see the ideas that have been stored in my mind coming to life (a huge thanks to my husband and all of our helpers from our family)!
