We pulled up on Scott Smith at Mecum Auctions Nashville.

He’s trucks are clean come and I’ve been lucky enough to see them in person through owners, collectors and auctions.
Scott Smith

This time, he was at Mecum with an insane six-figure, 700HP, 1957 Chevrolet 210 Custom Wagon.

Next up: GAA Classic Cars Greensboro the first weekend of November, where he’s got a Club Cab Power Wagon, a second-generation Bronco and a low-mile Chevy LUV rolling across the block.

7 MILES. $115,500. DUALLY DOLLARS.

This 1987 GMC 3500 dually sold for $115,500 at Mecum Nashville—with just 6.5 miles on the clock.

Truck Rodeo unburied 55-mile dually at GAA sold for $110,000 back in January. This GMC takes the low-mile obsession even further—and Nashville put a six-figure price on it.

Seven miles. $115,000.

This 1987 GMC dually diesel sold for $115,000 at Mecum Nashville. We thought the 55-mile 1988 Chevrolet K3500 that brought $100,000 at GAA Greensboro had set the bar for these low-mileage ’80s duallys. This one just raised it by $15,000.

Would you have expected a six-figure result for this truck?

From 1977 to 1981, Jimmy Carter m ran the country. His brother, Billy ran his Amoco service station, promoted Billy B**r and drove this brand-new 1977 Chevrolet C10: Redneck Power.

Now the truck—and a binder full of its history—is headed to Mecum Auctions Nashville auction Saturday.
