The White Ibis, adults are white with a bit of black on the wingtips and have a red decurved bill and pinkish-red legs. They have bright blue eyes. Immatures are half brown and half white. They forage in marshes and shallow wetlands, often in flocks. This one was found at the Marsh Course, by George Peet. In-flight they flap quickly and then glide on bowed wings. They are commonly seen on lawns and in parking lots scavenging for food scraps.
