Yet many talented creatives struggle to turn their work into stable, sustainable income—not because of a lack of talent, but because traditional business education is not designed for the realities of creative work.

To address this gap, Create Appalachia—Where Art Means Business—is offering the 5-week Avante Creative Entrepreneur Bootcamp, a practical, hands-on program designed specifically for creative professionals. Participants will learn how to price and pitch their work, build authentic customer relationships, market their work and understand finance. Whether your creative work is a side hustle, or a serious idea ready to grow, this course can help you build a successful business.

Registration is still open for our July Digital Summer Camp at Create Appalachia! Over three fun-filled days, students ages 10–15 will learn the fundamentals of graphic design, explore digital design tools, create their own projects, and discover how creativity can become a powerful skill.

No prior experience is needed—just imagination and a willingness to learn!
