The Barber Haus is a restored Neoclassical/Missouri German house. Wagner House, it is located at 205 Market Street, Kimmswick, Missouri, 63053. Originally constructed in 1872, the house has brick walls, arched window and door openings and a side-facing gable roof with parapet walls. There are paired brick chimneys built into the parapet walls and a corbelled brick cornice extends across the facade

The Kimmswick Historic District in Kimmswick, Jefferson County, Missouri consists of several blocks of historic buildings, covering approximately 9.5 acres. The district is located on the south side of the town of Kimmswick. Altogether, there are seventy-one buildings in the district, forty-four of which are contributing. Eleven of the twenty-six non-contributing buildings in the district are out buildings.

The Barber Haus is a restored Neoclassical/Missouri German house. Formerly known as the John J. Wagner House, it is located at 205 Market Street, Kimmswick, Missouri, 63053. Originally constructed in 1872, the house has brick walls, arched window and door openings and a side-facing gable roof with parapet walls. There are paired brick chimneys built into the parapet walls and a corbelled brick cornice extends across the facade. In the center of the facade, double-hung window with hinged bulkhead panels opens onto a wrought-iron balcony.
