We have the privilege of working on a restoration of the 2nd oldest house in Key West. The electric was a mess and dangerous. We are keeping as much of the old as possible while updating to code. Legend has it that this well was the first fresh water found in the keys by pirates. It still has freshwater it!

Finishing up a big exterior remodel for a repeat client. Foundation and porch addition, siding, windows, roof, decking, stairs, railing, and lots of ground floor tile.

Finished another rehab for a repeat client. The place was a mess before we got in. It had rough concrete floors that were way out of level, ceilings falling down, and exposed wires. Big difference and a happy client!
