While it’s not entirely new, glue down vinyl plank flooring has become increasingly popular for many good reasons. This economical flooring option stands up to hard use—perfect for renters, pets, and busy households—and is very easy to maintain.
Several of our clients have had us install glue down vinyl plank flooring this year, and we’ve found it to be incredibly durable in our rental homes.

A recent client of ours has experienced two major plumbing failures due to poor-quality plumbing pipes used in their home. It’s a reminder that we often don’t know what’s lurking in our walls when it comes to plumbing.
Keep an eye out for signs of moisture or water issues: a funny smell, dampness at the bottom of a wall, moisture wicking up from the flooring, wet spots on carpets, or discoloration on walls can all indicate a slow leak.
In this case, you can see the extensive "organic growth" that developed under the floor planking. Our team of professionals dried out the crawl space, replaced the damaged flooring, and repaired the plumbing in the wall causing the issue—all without disturbing the beautiful stone on the adjacent walls.
