Q&A

Q. Do I need to have any experience?
A. No, you do not- no experience needed. I will teach you!

Q. Do I need supplies or tools?
A. No, you do not. I will supply all food and tools

Q. What will I receive in the class?
A. You will receive my instructions, a little history on the dish, a recipe and area to make notes. You will prepare, cook and eat our creation. You will meet and cook with new people, enjoy the comradery, interact with everyone, and at the end we will sit down together and enjoy the meal!

Q. Are there going to be drinks?
A. Yes, we are providing two- three different, hand-crafted non- alcoholic drinks, that represent the region we are cooking in, or that compliment the theme of the class, as well as water on each table.

Q. What do I wear?
A. Dress comfortably! I will provide aprons…but you need to be able to move and stretch so please no heels. Please wear close-toed shoes.
