Hi, I'm in the Tallahassee area of Florida, and I'd like to know if there are any stores in my region that routinely carry your frozen, sautéed, fire roasted mushrooms. I've spotted them at a Walmart here in the past, but it doesn't look like any Walmart in my neck of the woods now carries them. Thanks.

are you folks republicans? Just wondering as I see an article saying that you can't find workers. I tell people most employers who are hiring illegals are republicans. DYK the difference between Asiago and Parmesan Cheese? Parmesan Cheese is a hard white cheese that tops off many Italian pasta dishes. It has a nutty, rich flavor. Asiago has a flavor reminiscent of Parmesan; however, it is a little nuttier and creamier. Fresh Asiago is semi-soft and mild. Stating, adding these protective powerhouses to your diet can help you prepare for flu season and beyond. William Li, a physician, and author notes that a study by the University of Western Sydney in Australia showed that eating button mushrooms can increase protective immune antibodies called igA in the saliva. Researchers at the University of California and UCLA are running a clinical trial that looks at whether mushrooms can improve the body's response to the COVID vaccine.
