We are making a video of the "Good Ole' Days" of trawling, but I'm looking to gather old photos of older trawl vessels along with the fishermen. Example: Your dad or grandfather on their vessel trawling or building it and vessels of the boat blessings and such. You can DM them to me.

Senator John Kennedy is calling for a permanent taxpayer-supported safety net for the fishing industry.

“The shrimp and oyster seasons produced significantly lower yields on average this year due to disastrous freshwater intrusions in the Gulf,” Kennedy said in a prepared statement. “We need to give our fishing industry a break.
