Engagement session, but with horses? Yes, please! Add in a chicken and some sweet pups and it is the cutest little farm family. Loved this couple and their crew!

Another editing before & after. This is one of my favorite images I have ever taken. Love the colors, the clothes and the family. Plus look at that setting! It came out exactly how I wanted it to!

This girl is living her best winter life in Florida, and I am pretty jealous! When I am knee deep in snow...seems like a good time to do some sessions in the southern sunshine!

It is officially winter and it is going to snow today! I have mixed feelings about it because I don't like to be cold, but I think the snow is beautiful. This year I plan to get out and do some snowy photo sessions because this one turned out so well! I mean, aside from all the snowflakes in the way!

Motherhood...It's a choice you make everyday, to put someone else's happiness and well-being ahead of your own, to teach the hard lessons, to do the right thing even when you are not sure what the right thing is...and to forgive yourself, over and over again, for doing everything wrong.

Since moving to New Hampshire, I have been consistently and pleasantly surprised at how NICE everyone I meet is. This family might be the nicest of them all! It is easy to capture the love of a family has for each other when they are so willing to show it.

Then & Now. It is fun looking back through old photos and reminiscing. These photos are a decade apart and while I like them both...the framing in the current one is a lot better and the B/W tones are cleaner.
