Getdown brings music and more to Magic - Brattleboro Reformer Thursday August 16, 2012 LONDONDERRY -- Tri-Valley Productions presents the Green Mountain Getdown, a two-day music festival and wellness village showcasing the area’s businesses involved in sustainability, energy efficiency, organic farming, green living and personal wellbeing.

Friday 6-7pm "Gentle Yoga" Enjoy soft, soothing postures to ease you into the weekend. Breathe deep and slow and let go of worries!
Saturday: 2-3pm "Vinyasa Yoga Flow" Flow gracefully through a series of energizing and uplifting postures accompanied by steady, rhythmic breathing. Yoga increases flexibility, boosts stamina and lifts the spirit to prepare for more dancing!
Saturday 6-7pm "Sivananda Yoga" Be rejuivinated and melt into calming and balancing yoga postures. Class starts with guided breathing practices. Postures are taken at a slower pace, working through the chakras from the crown down, toning all the energy centers.
