The Keene Rotary Club has joined forces with Keene Elm City Rotary, Keene Lions Club, Keene Unitarian Universalist Church, and Monadnock Interfaith Project to bring a Peace Pole to Central Square, Keene.

One face of the monument will read, “May Peace Prevail on Earth.” The other sides will show the word ‘peace’ translated into over 30 languages including braille. This enduring symbol of the vital importance of peace in our world is a gift to our community. Funding for the purchase, engraving, installation, and maintenance of the monument will be covered by this fundraising campaign.

We have raised $10,400 of our $15,000 goal and are now asking you to help us by making a tax deductible contribution.

Checks should be made payable and mailed to Keene Rotary (the fiscal agent): Rotary Club of Keene, P.O. Box 126, Keene, NH 03431

Thank you!
