🐾 🐈‍⬛ 🩶 This goofball is 5 years old today! He came into my life when I didn’t know I needed him. I never knew the love of cats until he came along. He healed me in numerous ways and continue to light up my life today. His name is Chernobyl because for a long time, I only had dogs. My dogs didn’t know what a cat was! My Staffie, Maggie used to wrestle with possums and win! I thought she might harm my new kitty. Anyway, I figured he was the nuclear disaster that I’d throw in the midst of my dogs’ zen lives. But he is the total opposite of being destructive and disastrous. He became the dogs’ calm. He healed them too in many ways.
Today, he is one of five cats and is the only gray kitty. He is the most talkative and is quite entertaining as he is very interactive! He’s my heart cat. I couldn’t ask for a better one. I love him so much!

Puppy and Pig went to their puppy class today. They got to socialize and make puppy friends, they got to smell all the smells, interact with people, and now they’re all tuckered out on our drive home!

Do you have a dog that resource guards? Try hand feeding them or making eating an interactive activity! Disclaimer: for first timers, do this with just the ONE dog. Create a bond with them. Hand feeding helps create a bond between handler and dog(s). Keep the dog’s attention on you even for just a few minutes several times a day. My dogs are used to this game.
